He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him. This man was a Samaritan.

Jesus sent these 12 out with the following orders. “Don’t go among the Gentiles and don’t enter any town where the Samaritans live.

When I heard this, I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “Don’t do that! I’m God’s servant, just like you and your brothers and sisters who hold firmly to what Jesus taught. Worship God! The Spirit of prophecy tells the truth about Jesus.”

The four living creatures said, “Amen,” and the elders fell down and worshiped.

the 24 elders fall down and worship the one who sits on the throne, who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns in front of the throne and say,

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you. Then you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the farthest point on earth.”

The Samaritan woman replied, “You’re a Jew, and I’m a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink?” (She said this because Jews won’t have anything to do with Samaritans.)

The Jews answered Jesus, “Aren’t we right to say that you’re a Samaritan and controlled by a demon?”

so that all people will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever doesn’t honor the Son doesn’t honor the Father who sent him.

When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees. “Go away from me, Lord!” he said. “I’m a sinful man!”

Then the woman came and fell at his feet. She knew what had happened to her, and she was shaking with fear, but she told him the whole truth.

The wise men went into the house, and there they saw the child with his mother Mary. They bowed down and worshiped him, and then they opened their treasure chests and gave him gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

Jesus asked, “Weren’t all ten healed? Where are the other nine?
