A man who hadn’t been able to walk his whole life was being carried to the Beautiful Gate of the temple. Every day someone put him near the gate so he could beg from the people who were going into the temple courtyards.

Among them was a woman who had a sickness that made her bleed. It had lasted for 12 years and no one had been able to heal her.

Jesus asked the boy’s father, “How long has he been like this?” “Since he was a child,” he answered.

In Lystra there was a man who’d never been able to walk from the day he was born.

So shouldn’t this woman, who is a member of Abraham’s family line, but who was kept disabled by Satan for 18 long years, have been set free on the Sabbath day from what was keeping her disabled?”

There he found a man named Aeneas who was paralyzed. He had spent the last eight years in bed.

As Jesus went along, he saw a man who’d been blind since he was born.

Later Jesus found him at the temple and told him, “Now that you’re well again, don’t sin anymore, or something worse might happen to you.”

The man who’d been healed by the miracle was over 40 years old.

But we don’t know how he can see now, and we don’t know who restored his sight. Ask him. He’s an adult, and he can speak for himself.”

When Jesus saw him lying there and found out that he’d been in that condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get better?”
