Nicodemus, the man who earlier had visited Jesus at night, came with him. Nicodemus brought a mixture of spices that weighed about 75 pounds.

Jesus answered, “You’re Israel’s teacher, but you don’t understand these things?

Pilate called together the chief priests, the rulers, and the people.

Here he is, speaking in public, and they’re not saying a word to him. Have the authorities really decided that he’s the Messiah?
