You know that in the end you’ll receive the reward that the Lord wants you to have. You’re slaves of the Lord Christ.

Then you will be blessed. Your guests won’t be able to pay you back, but you will be paid back when those who are right with God are raised from the dead.”

In that likeness, there’s no Gentile or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, or free. Christ is all, and he is in all.

We must all stand before Christ to be judged, and then each of us will receive what we deserve for the things we did while we were in our bodies, whether they were good or bad.

The Son of Man is going to come with his angels in his Father’s glory, and he will deal with each person according to what they’ve done.

Then your Father, who sees what you do in secret, will reward you.

So don’t throw away your confidence. It will be richly rewarded.

He considered it more valuable to suffer shame for Christ than to have the riches of Egypt, because he was looking ahead to his reward.

There’s no longer any Jew or Gentile, slave or free, male or female, because you’re all one in Christ Jesus.

“Be careful not to do good deeds in front of other people so that they’ll see you. If you do that, you won’t get any reward from your Father in heaven.

Rejoice and be glad, because you have a great reward in heaven. You’re being treated just the way people treated the prophets who lived long ago.

But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then you will have a great reward. You will be children of the Most High God, who is kind to people who do wrong and are ungrateful.

We were all baptized by one Spirit into one body. It didn’t matter whether we were Jews or Gentiles, slaves or free people. We were all given the same Spirit to drink.

Anyone who does wrong will be paid back for what they’ve done. God doesn’t give anyone special privileges.
