By being baptized, we were buried with Christ and joined him in death. But Christ has been raised from the dead by the Father’s glory, and like Christ we too can live a new life.
None of our faces are covered with a veil. All of us can see and contemplate the Lord’s glory. So we’re being changed to become more and more glorious like him. All this comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

Through his body on the cross, Christ set aside the law with all its commands and rules. He did this so he could create one new people out of both Jews and Gentiles. He wanted to make peace between them

Don’t live the way this world lives. Let your way of thinking be completely changed. Then you’ll be able to recognize what God wants for you and agree that what he wants is right. His plan is good and pleasing and perfect.
He has given us his very great and precious promises so that you can share in his nature. You have escaped from the corruption that’s in the world because of wrong desires.
