Philip was seen next at Azotus. From there he traveled all around, preaching the good news in every town until he arrived in Caesarea.

The next day we left and arrived at Caesarea. There we stayed at the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven deacons.

Festus answered, “Paul is being held at Caesarea, and I’ll be going there soon myself.

When the horsemen arrived in Caesarea, they gave the letter to the governor and handed Paul over to him.

Festus spent eight or ten days in Jerusalem with them, and then he went down to Caesarea. The next day he called the court together and ordered Paul to be brought before him.

Three days after Festus arrived, he went up from Caesarea to Jerusalem.

Some of the disciples from Caesarea went with us. They brought us to Mnason’s home, where we were going to stay. Mnason was from Cyprus and was one of the first disciples.

Herod searched everywhere for him, but he couldn’t find him. So he suspected the guards. He questioned them and ordered them to be put to death. Herod then went from Judea to stay in Caesarea.

When they arrived in Caesarea the following day, Cornelius was expecting them. He had called together his relatives and close friends.

After Peter and John had preached the word of the Lord some more and told other people about Jesus, they returned to Jerusalem. On the way back they preached the good news in many villages in Samaria.

When the other believers found out about this, they took Saul down to Caesarea, and from there they sent him off to Tarsus.

“Just then three men stopped at the house where I was staying. They’d been sent to me from Caesarea.

When he landed at Caesarea, he went up to Jerusalem and greeted the church, and then he went down to Antioch.
