After two years passed, Porcius Festus became the governor instead of Felix. But Felix wanted to do the Jews a favor, so he left Paul in prison.
Provide horses for Paul to ride so that he can be taken safely to Governor Felix.”
When the horsemen arrived in Caesarea, they gave the letter to the governor and handed Paul over to him.
