So they passed by Mysia and went southwest to Troas, on the coast of the Aegean Sea.

When you come, bring the coat that I left with Carpus at Troas. Also bring my scrolls, especially the ones written on parchment.

When I went to Troas to preach the good news about Christ, I found that the Lord had opened a door of opportunity for me.

They went on ahead and waited for us at Troas.

At Troas we got into a boat and sailed to the island of Samothrace. The next day we landed on the coast of Macedonia at Neapolis.

When they came to the border of Mysia, they tried to go northeast into Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus wouldn’t let them.

We sailed from Philippi after the Feast of Unleavened Bread and joined them there five days later. We all stayed in Troas for seven more days.
