Here’s the command God has given us: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister.
We’ve heard from the beginning that we should love one another.
We don’t need to write to you about your love for one another, because God himself has taught you to love one another.
Finally, I want all of you to agree with one another. Be understanding, love one another, be kind and tender, be humble.
You can obey the entire law by following this one command: “Love your neighbor as you love yourself.”
Here is my command: Love one another, just as I have loved you.
And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us.

If a person believes in Christ Jesus, it doesn’t matter whether they’re circumcised or not. The only thing that matters is faith expressing itself through love.
Dear children, let’s not love just with words or talk. Let’s really love, by doing something.

Dear friends, I’m not writing you a new command. Instead, I’m writing one that you’ve heard before. You’ve had it since the beginning.
