In beauty of his holiness, O do the Lord adore; Likewise let all the earth throughout tremble his face before.
Unto the Lord the glory give that to his name is due; And in the beauty of holiness unto JEHOVAH bow.
O at the presence of the Lord, earth, tremble thou for fear, While as the presence of the God of Jacob doth appear:
A willing people in thy day of pow'r shall come to thee, In holy beauties from morn's womb; thy youth like dew shall be.
Let earth, and all that live therein, with rev'rence fear the Lord; Let all the world's inhabitants dread him with one accord.
Vow to the Lord your God, and pay: all ye that near him be, Bring gifts and presents unto him; for to be fear'd is he.
Thou, Lord, ev'n thou art he that should be fear'd; and who is he That may stand up before thy sight, if once thou angry be?
Th' eternal Lord doth reign as king, let all the people quake; He sits between the cherubims, let th' earth be mov'd and shake.
