But yet the Lord, that is on high, is more of might by far Than noise of many waters is, or great sea-billows are.
Who noise of seas, noise of their waves, and people's tumult, stills.
Ev'n in the raging of the sea thou over it dost reign; And when the waves thereof do swell, thou stillest them again.
But thou, O Lord, art the most High, for ever to remain.
For who in heaven with the Lord may once himself compare? Who is like God among the sons of those that mighty are?
A pow'rful voice it is that comes out from the Lord most high; The voice of that great Lord is full of glorious majesty.
