And in the heaven he did cause an eastern wind to blow; And by his power he let out the southern wind to go.

He from the ends of earth doth make the vapours to ascend; With rain he lightnings makes, and wind doth from his treasures send.

He sendeth forth his mighty word, and melteth them again; His wind he makes to blow, and then the waters flow amain.
