Thou, Lord, ev'n thou art he that should be fear'd; and who is he That may stand up before thy sight, if once thou angry be?
Kiss ye the Son, lest in his ire ye perish from the way, If once his wrath begin to burn: bless'd all that on him stay.
Great fear in meeting of the saints is due unto the Lord; And he of all about him should with rev'rence be ador'd.
Lord, who shall stand, if thou, O Lord, should'st mark iniquity?
Who knows the power of thy wrath? according to thy fear
