He in God's presence his abode for evermore shall have: O do thou truth and mercy both prepare, that may him save.
Thy tender mercies, Lord, from me O do thou not restrain; Thy loving-kindness, and thy truth, let them me still maintain.
From heav'n he shall send down, and me from his reproach defend That would devour me: God his truth and mercy forth shall send.
But as for me, thou me uphold'st in mine integrity; And me before thy countenance thou sett'st continually.
O send thy light forth and thy truth; let them be guides to me, And bring me to thine holy hill, ev'n where thy dwellings be.
In that salvation wrought by thee his glory is made great; Honour and comely majesty thou hast upon him set.
