Through thee we shall push down our foes, that do against us stand: We, through thy name, shall tread down those that ris'n against us have.

Through God we shall do valiantly; our foes he shall down tread.

Through God we'll do great acts; he shall tread down our enemies.

Upon the adder thou shalt tread, and on the lion strong; Thy feet on dragons trample shall, and on the lions young.

Lord, thou shalt early hear my voice: I early will direct My pray'r to thee; and, looking up, an answer will expect.
