He put a new song in my mouth, our God to magnify: Many shall see it, and shall fear, and on the Lord rely.
A new song to him sing, and play with loud noise skilfully;
The righteous shall it see, and fear, and laugh at him they shall:
A new song I to thee will sing, Lord, on a psaltery; I on a ten-string'd instrument will praises sing to thee.
Let them that love my righteous cause be glad, shout, and not cease To say, The Lord be magnify'd, who loves his servant's peace.
From prison bring my soul, that I thy name may glorify: The just shall compass me, when thou with me deal'st bounteously.
For he in his pavilion shall me hide in evil days; In secret of his tent me hide, and on a rock me raise.
A good man's footsteps by the Lord are ordered aright; And in the way wherein he walks he greatly doth delight.
I weary with my crying am, my throat is also dry'd; Mine eyes do fail, while for my God I waiting do abide.
O let my footsteps in thy word aright still order'd be: Let no iniquity obtain dominion over me.
