How sweet unto my taste, O Lord, are all thy words of truth! Yea, I do find them sweeter far than honey to my mouth.

Ev'n as with marrow and with fat my soul shall filled be; Then shall my mouth with joyful lips sing praises unto thee:

O thou that art the Lord of hosts, that man is truly blest, Who by assured confidence on thee alone doth rest.

How precious is thy grace! Therefore in shadow of thy wings men's sons their trust shall place.

Thy loving-kindness unto them continue that thee know; And still on men upright in heart thy righteousness bestow.

Kiss ye the Son, lest in his ire ye perish from the way, If once his wrath begin to burn: bless'd all that on him stay.

Why dost thou boast, O mighty man, of mischief and of ill? The goodness of Almighty God endureth ever still.
