The Lord sits on the floods; the Lord sits King, and ever shall.
The Lord is King through ages all, ev'n to eternity; The heathen people from his land are perish'd utterly.
Th' eternal Lord doth reign as king, let all the people quake; He sits between the cherubims, let th' earth be mov'd and shake.
The Lord doth reign, and cloth'd is he with majesty most bright; His works do shew him cloth'd to be, and girt about with might. The world is also stablished, that it cannot depart.
Who noise of seas, noise of their waves, and people's tumult, stills.
The Lord's voice on the waters is; the God of majesty Doth thunder, and on multitudes of waters sitteth he.
In righteousness to judge the world, justice to give each one.
