Thy tender mercies, Lord, I pray thee to remember, And loving-kindnesses; for they have been of old for ever.
But unto them that do him fear God's mercy never ends; And to their children's children still his righteousness extends:
He mindful of his grace and truth to Isr'el's house hath been; And the salvation of our God all ends of th' earth have seen.
And let thy tender mercies come to me, that I may live; Because thy holy laws to me sweet delectation give.
Praise God, for he is good: for still his mercies lasting be.
And he for them his covenant did call to memory; After his mercies' multitude
Give praise and thanks unto the Lord, for bountiful is he; His tender mercy doth endure unto eternity.
Who doth redeem thy life, that thou to death may'st not go down; Who thee with loving-kindness doth and tender mercies crown:
Hear me, O Lord, because thy love and kindness is most good; Turn unto me, according to thy mercies' multitude.
But, in an acceptable time, my pray'r, Lord, is to thee: In truth of thy salvation, Lord, and mercy great, hear me.
Thy tender mercies, Lord, from me O do thou not restrain; Thy loving-kindness, and thy truth, let them me still maintain.
