Upon the Lord, who worthy is of praises, will I cry; And then shall I preserved be safe from mine enemy.

I of the Lord my God will say, He is my refuge still, He is my fortress, and my God, and in him trust I will.

O blessed ever be the Lord, who is my strength and might, Who doth instruct my hands to war, my fingers teach to fight.
