Do not I hate all those, O Lord, that hatred bear to thee? With those that up against thee rise can I but grieved be?
I saw transgressors, and was griev'd; for they keep not thy word.
Those that do lying vanities regard, I have abhorr'd: But as for me, my confidence is fixed on the Lord.
Th' assembly of ill men I hate; to sit with such I shun.
Rivers of waters from mine eyes did run down, when I saw How wicked men run on in sin, and do not keep thy law.
In whose eyes vile men are despis'd; but those that God do fear He honoureth; and changeth not, though to his hurt he swear.
