With my whole heart I cry'd, Lord, hear; I will thy word obey.
Unfeignedly thee have I sought with all my soul and heart: O let me not from the right path of thy commands depart.
I sworn have, and I will perform, to keep thy judgments right.
O Lord, unto my pray'r give ear, my cry let come to thee;
All ye that evil-doers are from me depart away; For the commandments of my God I purpose to obey.
So shall I keep for evermore thy law continually.
Rejoice thy servant's soul; for, Lord, I lift my soul to thee.
Ye people, place your confidence in him continually; Before him pour ye out your heart: God is our refuge high.
That I will keep thy statutes all firmly resolv'd have I: O do not then, most gracious God, forsake me utterly.
With my whole heart I did entreat thy face and favour free: According to thy gracious word be merciful to me.
