Save now, I pray thee, Lord; I pray, send now prosperity.

And let the beauty of the Lord our God be us upon: Our handy-works establish thou, establish them each one.

But, in an acceptable time, my pray'r, Lord, is to thee: In truth of thy salvation, Lord, and mercy great, hear me.

Deliver, Lord; and let the King us hear, when we do call.

Out of the roaring lion's mouth do thou me shield and save: For from the horns of unicorns an ear to me thou gave.

Save me, O God, because the floods do so environ me, That ev'n unto my very soul come in the waters be.
