That I thy chosen's good may see, and in their joy rejoice; And may with thine inheritance triumph with cheerful voice.
With joy his people, his elect with gladness, forth he brought.
O ye that are of Abr'ham's race, his servant well approv'n; And ye that Jacob's children are, whom he chose for his own.
He shall be like a tree that grows near planted by a river, Which in his season yields his fruit, and his leaf fadeth never: And all he doth shall prosper well
In dwellings of the righteous is heard the melody Of joy and health: the Lord's right hand doth ever valiantly.
Because thy judgments are made known, let Sion mount rejoice; Of Judah let the daughters all send forth a cheerful voice.
Let Isr'el's help from Sion come: when back the Lord shall bring His captives, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall sing.
