John 20:15

The third line (in English) translating the meaning of each word in the Orthodox Yiddish Brit Chadas

says Yehoshua to her: woman, why do you weep? whom do you seek? and supposing, that he is the gardeners, says she to him: L-rd, if you (SG) you have him carried away, tell we, where you (SG) you have him laid, and I will him take away.

and he did them again ask: whom seek you (PL)? and they did say: Yehoshua of Natseret!

and as they have self terrified and bowed the faces to the earth, have the these said to them: why seek you (PL) the living among the dead?


you (PL) children of snakes, like so can you (PL) speak good, being (only) evil? because from the abundance of the heart, speaks even the mouth.


but thinking, that he is with the ones going up on foot, did they go a day journey and have him sought among the relatives and companions.
