because that man shall himself (even) not imagine, that he will anything receive by the L-rd.
you (PL) ask yes and receives not, because you (PL) ask wrongly, so that you (PL) shall it devour in your (PL) lusts.
but shall he ask with confident faith, nothing doubting; because the doubter is compared to a wave of the sea, who becomes carried and driven of the wind.
