and from there to Philippi, which is the premiere city of that part of Macedonia, a (Roman) colony, and in that very city did we spend time some days.


and after that as the turmoil has self calm down, did Paul send after the disciples and did speak words of comfort to them, has self bid farewell and is went out to go to Macedonia.


and passing through those provinces, and encouraging them (i. e. the there believers) with a many words, did he come to Greece.
