and how shall one preach, if one is not sent? as it stands written: how beautiful are the feet of the (ones), who bring a News of good things. (Yeshayah 52, 7.)


watch over then self and the entire flock, over which the Spirit the Holy did you (PL) appoint as overseers, so as to tend Hashem's kehile, which He did purchase with His own blood.
