and if someone is not obedient to our word through this letter, shall you (PL) the this point out, and yourselves not mix with him, so that he shall himself to be ashamed.


but the profane and old wives legends shall you (SG) avoid. exercise yourself however to fearer of heaven;


because the bodily exercise brings few benefits; fearer of heaven however is of benefit for everything, having a promise for the present life and for the (world) which comes.
