I adjure you before Hashem and the Moshiach Yehoshua and the chosen angels, that you (SG) shall observe the these things without discrimination, and nothing do with partiality.


in as much as we have heard, that some of us have you (PL) troubled with words, which create (for) you grief of soul; whom we have it not ordered,


and I hold it for (to be) right, all as long as I am in the this tent, you (PL) to rouse/stir up with a reminder;


I order you (SG) before Hashem, who makes everything to live, and before Moshiach Yehoshua, who did witness said before Pontius Pilate the good confession,


and we command you (PL), brothers, in the Name of the L-rd Yehoshua the Moshiach, that you (PL) shall self separate from every brother, who leads an idle life and not according to the tradition, which you (PL) have received from us.


avoid however from the unworthy and empty words; because they lead further to a many more evils,


because the bodily exercise brings few benefits; fearer of heaven however is of benefit for everything, having a promise for the present life and for the (world) which comes.


the these say I therefore and adjure you (PL) in the L-rd, that you (PL) shall yourselves more not conduct ourselves, as the nations (of the world) lead themself on in the emptiness of their understanding,


which is not any other, except that there do find themselves certain (people), who agitate you (PL) and want to pervert the Good News of the Moshiach.


and said: you (SG), who are full with every deceit and vileness, you (SG) son of the devil, enemy of every righteousness, (question) will you not cease to distort the right ways of the L-rd (Hashem)?


because what will it help a people, if he shall gain the whole world, and to lose his life? or what can a man give redeem his life?


on account of this reason remind I you, that you (SG) shall again rekindle (up to a flame) the gift, of Hashem, which is in you (SG) through the laying on of my hands.


of which some have been deviated, and themselves turned to empty words,


and themselves not to occupy with legends and genealogy letters without an end, which lead to disputes more than to edification of Hashem in the faith; (so shall you (SG) do.)


and furthermore, brothers, ask we and are you (PL) admonishing in the L-rd Yehoshua, that as you (PL) did receive become from us, how you (PL) ought selves to live pleasing to Hashem—and actually thus like you (PL) do that, that you (PL) shall it (do) much more.


remind them to be submissive to authorities and rulers, to be obedient, to be ready for all kinds of deeds good,
