2 John 1:6

and the these is the love: that we should live according to His commandments. the this is the commandment, (just) as you (PL) have heard from beginning on, that you (PL) shall live therein.

because the these is the love to Hashem: that we should keep His commandments; and His commands are not hard.


let remain in you (PL) this, which you (PL) have heard from beginning on. if it will remain in you (PL) this, which you (PL) have heard from beginning on, will you (PL) also remain in the Son and in the Father.


whoever however it keeps indeed up His word, becomes Hashem's love truly perfect in Him. by this know we, that we are in Him:


if you (PL) will keep my commandments, will you (PL) remain in my love, as I have kept the commandments of my Father, and abide in the love His.


if you (PL) have (for) me love, shall you (PL) keep my commandments!


you (PL) are my friends, if you (PL) do, what I command you (PL).


who the one has my commandments and keeps them, that (one) is it, who does me love; and that (one), who has me love, will be beloved by my Father, and I will him love have, and will myself reveal to him.


and if we know, that He hears us, about what we ask, know we, that we have the requests, which we have asked of Him.


and now implore I you, Lady, not as I would you (SG) write a new commandment, but the (one), which we have had from beginning on, that we should love have one the other.


did Yehoshua answer and said to him: if anyone does me love, will he keep my word; and my Father will him love have; and we will come to him and make a dwelling (for us) with him.


beloved, I write you (PL) not any new commandment, but an old commandment, which you (PL) have had from beginning on; the old commandment is the word, which you (PL) have heard.
