torment yourselves and grieve and weep; shall your laughter turn be to weeping, and your joy to sadness.


because our light and temporary affliction obtains us, more and more above the measure, a weight of eternal glory;


let the lowly brother however himself glory with his exhaltation;

as sorrowful, however always rejoicing; as poor people, who make however a many rich; as such, who have nothing, and possess yet everything.

the fruit however of the Spirit are love, joy, peace, perseverance, kindness, goodness, faith,
