But the king shall rejoice in God; all who swear by him shall exult, for the mouths of liars will be stopped.

The Lord your God you shall fear, him you shall serve, and by his name alone you shall swear.

In your strength the king rejoices, O Lord, and in your help how greatly he exults!

If we had forgotten the name of our God or spread out our hands to a strange god,

Therefore give their children over to famine; hurl them out to the power of the sword; let their wives become childless and widowed. May their men meet death by pestilence, their youths be slain by the sword in battle.
