Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous. Praise befits the upright.

There are glad songs of victory in the tents of the righteous: “The right hand of the Lord does valiantly;

Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; sing to his name, for he is gracious.

Praise the Lord! How good it is to sing praises to our God, for he is gracious, and a song of praise is fitting.

Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart.

Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous, and give thanks to his holy name!

The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord, but the prayer of the upright is his delight.

as it is written: “There is no one who is righteous, not even one;

For just as through the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so through the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous.

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.
