They are like a lion eager to tear, like a young lion lurking in ambush.

Save me from the mouth of the lion! From the horns of the wild oxen you have rescued me.

All who see me mock me; they sneer at me; they shake their heads;

How long, O Lord, will you look on? Rescue me from their ravages, my life from the lions!
