Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; sing to his name, for he is gracious.

Praise the Lord! How good it is to sing praises to our God, for he is gracious, and a song of praise is fitting.

You are good and do good; teach me your statutes.

Praise the Lord! O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever.

Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous. Praise befits the upright.

O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his steadfast love endures forever!

And he said to him, “Why do you ask me about what is good? There is one who is good. If you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments.”

For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever and his faithfulness to all generations.
