when I think of you on my bed and meditate on you in the watches of the night,

By day the Lord commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life.

My soul yearns for you in the night; my spirit within me earnestly seeks you. For when your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.
