Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress;
In my distress I called upon the Lord; to my God I called. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry came to his ears.
Nevertheless, he regarded their distress when he heard their cry.
Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress;
Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he brought them out from their distress;
Call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.”
When they call to me, I will answer them; I will be with them in trouble; I will rescue them and honor them.
I will return again to my place until they acknowledge their guilt and seek my face. In their distress they will beg my favor:
my persecutions, and my sufferings, the things that happened to me in Antioch, Iconium, and Lystra. What persecutions I endured! Yet the Lord rescued me from all of them.
