A child who gathers in summer is prudent, but a child who sleeps in harvest brings shame.

thus storing up for themselves the treasure of a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of the life that really is life.

the ants are a people without strength, yet they provide their food in the summer;

How long will you lie there, O lazybones? When will you rise from your sleep?

there will be enough goats’ milk for your food, for the food of your household and nourishment for your female servants.
