“Then the kingdom of heaven will be like this. Ten young women took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom.

But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Look! Here is the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’

The foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’

“Be dressed for action and have your lamps lit;

Therefore, beloved, while you are waiting for these things, strive to be found by him at peace, without spot or blemish,

Wake up and strengthen what remains and is on the point of death, for I have not found your works perfect in the sight of my God.
