and say to the owner of the house, ‘The teacher asks you, “Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?” ’
If anyone says anything to you, just say this, ‘The Lord needs them.’ And he will send them immediately.”
and wherever he enters, say to the owner of the house, ‘The Teacher asks: Where is my guest room where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’
If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you untying it?’ just say this, ‘The Lord needs it.’ ”
They said, “The Lord needs it.”
When Jesus came to the place, he looked up and said to him, “Zacchaeus, hurry and come down, for I must stay at your house today.”
“Listen,” he said to them, “when you have entered the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you; follow him into the house he enters
He will show you a large room upstairs, already furnished. Make preparations for us there.”
When she had said this, she went back and called her sister Mary and told her privately, “The Teacher is here and is calling for you.”
Listen! I am standing at the door, knocking; if you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in and eat with you, and you with me.
