“But if you cannot afford a sheep, you shall bring to the Lord, as your penalty for the sin that you have committed, two turtledoves or two pigeons, one for a purification offering and the other for a burnt offering.

On the eighth day they shall bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons to the priest at the entrance of the tent of meeting,
