The Lord said to the accuser, “Where have you come from?” The accuser answered the Lord, “From going to and fro on the earth and from walking up and down on it.”

I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming. He has no power over me,

In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing clearly the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

Discipline yourselves; keep alert. Like a roaring lion your adversary the devil prowls around, looking for someone to devour.
