I am sending him to you for this very purpose, to let you know how we are and to encourage your hearts.
I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you soon, so that I, too, may be consoled by news of you.
Still, I think it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus—my brother and coworker and fellow soldier, your messenger and minister to my need,
I want their hearts to be encouraged and united in love, so that they may have all the riches of assured understanding and have the knowledge of God’s mystery, that is, Christ,
and sent Timothy, our brother and God’s coworker in the gospel of Christ, to strengthen and encourage you for the sake of your faith,
comfort your hearts and strengthen them in every good work and word.
I have sent Tychicus to Ephesus.
