He brought into the house of God the votive gifts of his father and his own votive gifts: silver, gold, and utensils.
Thus all the work that King Solomon did on the house of the Lord was finished. Solomon brought in the things that his father David had dedicated, the silver, the gold, and the vessels, and stored them in the treasuries of the house of the Lord.
But the high places were not taken out of Israel. Nevertheless, the heart of Asa was true all his days.
And there was no more war until the thirty-fifth year of the reign of Asa.
