The two scoundrels came in and sat opposite him, and the scoundrels brought a charge against Naboth in the presence of the people, saying, “Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death.

Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, “Naboth has been stoned; he is dead.”

So he dispatched a man from his presence. Now Elisha was sitting in his house, and the elders were sitting with him. Then they secretly instigated some men to say, “We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses and God.”

Stone them to death for trying to turn you away from the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.
