So she wrote letters in Ach’av’s [father’s brother] name, and sealed [them] with his seal, and sent the letters unto the elders and to the nobles that [were] in his city, dwelling with Navot [fruits].
And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the Torah-teachers (Scribes), and came upon [him], and caught him, and brought [him] to the council,
If she please not her master, who has betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he has dealt deceitfully with her.
Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against them.
You2f stand this day all of you before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, [with] all the men of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God],
And if the man like not to take his brother’s wife, then let his brother’s wife go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband’s brother refuses to raise up unto his brother a name in Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], he will not perform the duty of my husband’s brother.
