The Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things] shall laugh at him: for he sees that his day is coming.

But youi, O Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], shall laugh at them; youi shall have all the heathen in ridicule (laughing at enemies’ threats).

[It is] he that sits upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof [are] as grasshoppers; that stretches out the heavens as a curtain, and spreads them out as a tent to dwell in:

I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;

The Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] in his holy temple, the Lord-Yehōvah’s [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] throne [is] in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

For thus says the high and lofty One that inhabits eternity, whose name [is] Holy; I dwell in the high and holy [place], with him also [that is] of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

But our God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] [is] in the heavens: he has done whatsoever he has pleased.

There were they in great fear, [where] no fear was: for God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] has scattered the bones of him that encamps [against] youi: youi have put [them] to shame, because God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] has despised them.

Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), The heaven [is] my throne, and the earth [is] my footstool: where [is] the house that you2f build unto me? and where [is] the place of my rest?

To him that rides upon the heavens of heavens, [which were] of old; lo, he does send out his voice, [and that] a mighty voice.

This [is] the word that the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has spoken concerning him; The virgin the daughter of Tziyon [parched place] has despised youi, [and] laughed youi to scorn; the daughter of Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] has shaken her head at youi.

[Because of] his strength will I wait upon youi: for God-Elōhīm Mis’nabi [The Living Word I My Fortress].

Unto youi lift I up mine eyes, O youi that dwell in the heavens.
