An ungodly man digs up evil: and in his lips [there is] as a burning fire.


Put away from youi a perverse (twisted) [habitually disposed to disobedience and opposition] mouth, and perverse lips put far from youi.


And withal they learn [to be] idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.


Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.


A wicked doer gives heed to false lips; [and] a liar gives ear to a naughty tongue.


The fear of the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the perverse (twisted) [habitually disposed to disobedience and opposition] mouth, do I hate.


Behold, they belch out with their mouth: swords [are] in their lips: for who, [say they], does hear?


And the tongue [is] a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.


The righteousness of the upright shall deliver them: but transgressors shall be taken in [their own] naughtiness.


Frowardness [is] in his heart, he devises mischief continually; he sows discord.


To deliver youi from the way of the evil [man], from the man that speaks perverse (twisted) [habitually disposed to disobedience and opposition] things;


The words of his mouth [are] iniquity and deceit: he has left off to be wise, [and] to do good.


His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and fraud: under his tongue [is] mischief and vanity.


For the wicked boasts of his heart’s desire, and blesses the covetous, [whom] the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] abhors.


For what reason lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.


One basket [had] very good figs, [even] like the figs [that are] first ripe: and the other basket [had] very naughty figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad.


And ‘Eli’av [My Father is God] his eldest brother heard when he spoke unto the men; and ‘Eli’av [My Father is God]’s anger was kindled against David [beloved], and he said, Why came youi down here? and with whom have youi left those few sheep in the wilderness? I know youi pride, and the naughtiness of youi heart; for youi are come down that youi might see the battle.


The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked [speaks] frowardness.


I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; [it] shall not cleave (split open; cut open; divide) to me.


For the perverse (twisted) [habitually disposed to disobedience and opposition] [is] abomination to the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]: but his secret [is] with the righteous.


He shuts his eyes to devise perverse (twisted) [habitually disposed to disobedience and opposition] things: moving his lips he brings evil to pass.
