[Forasmuch as you2f are] manifestly declared to be the Epistle (important or formal letter) of Moshiach [Messiah] ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit [Ruach] of the living God-The Father; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.


Bind them upon youi fingers, write them upon the table of youi heart.


This [is] the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord - Kurios, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;


Bind them continually upon youi heart, [and] tie them about youi neck.


The law of twas in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.


(For the fruit of the Spirit [Ruach] [is] in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)


By mercy and tiniquity is purged: and by the fear of the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [men] depart from evil.


Mercy and tpreserve the king: and his throne is upholden by mercy.


For they [shall be] an ornament of grace unto youi head, and chains about youi neck.


Your3s word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against youi.


All the paths of the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [are] mercy and tunto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.


And it shall be for a sign unto youi upon youi hand, and for a memorial between youi eyes, that the Lord-Yehōvah’s [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] law may be in youi mouth: for with a strong hand has the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) brought youi out of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place].


The sin of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] [is] written with a pen of iron, [and] with the point of a diamond: [it is] graven upon the table of their heart, and upon the horns of your altars;


And youi shall bind them for a sign upon youi hand, and they shall be as frontlets between youi eyes.


Hear the word of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), you2f people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]: for the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because [there is] no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] in the land.


“Woe to them, Torah-teachers (Scribes) and P’rushim (Pharisee [separatist]s) [separatists], who tithe mint, dill and pomegranate, but who commit robbery and leave undone that which is weightier, that is, the judgments of the Torah which are: kindness, tand faithfulness. These are commands worthy of doing; one should not forget them”.


Whereas youi came [but] yesterday, should I this day make youi go up and down with us? seeing I go to which I may, return youi, and take back youri brethren: mercy and truth [be] with youi.


Mercy and tare met together; righteousness and peace have kissed [each other].


Do they not err that devise evil? but mercy and truth [shall be] to them that devise good.


And the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) passed by before him, and proclaimed, The Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), The Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,
